Movies Need help with a movie name.

Ok, last night I was watching the space channel, at around 12 they aired this movie where a crew of four had to spend one night in a haunted mansion recording everything, while they explore the house . First of all this wasn't a normal movie, it was more of a ducomentary. All the footage was real, now at end the crew separates they all go into different rooms trying to release all the souls from the house. Everything goes wrong, one girl gets sucked down into a bed, where she's found strapped down on a surgeons bed's, and a fellow teammate is chained down to a wall beside her.
