Creative Writing Need to unleash a character you made to represent yourself?

Here's the deal, I know there have to be some people out there who wants to make their own character. Trust me b/c I'm one of them. Has anyone here had the urge to include theirselves in their own fanfics and roleplay along with diff. characters from video games, anime, manga, etc.? Well in this thread you can give a complete introduction about your character that way we know who plays as who and maybe even make crossovers to make roleplay more interesting. Here's an example: I'm Lady U and I want to include myself along with the story of FFX. This thread is basically for the people who want to make their own characters. I will explain the origin of my character some other time when I get a chance.

 

Yes! I actually have. I am making my own manga, and am trying to think how to fit myself (actual human) into it. Like on Love Hina! Ken did it! I wish i could!

 

Is this really the place for this, out of idle curiousity? I would think that it would be much better suited, or fitting, in, say, the Creative Writing Forum...

Be my guest but just make sure you give a good explanation about your character and you'll be just fine to continue from there.

 

Well yeah you're right about that but you can also do this in roleplaying and no your not the only one.

 

For many of those who are wondering who the heck is Lady Ubatis, just to keep this short, I got the name from Bastet the original Egyptian Cat Goddess. She has many names but I got "ubatis" from "ubasti". I moved the "s" to make it easier to pronounce. My character is somewhat like Lara Croft, witchblade, catwoman, and a little of ancient egypt in her b/c that's where she's from. She has 3 different forms: Dark warrior, Vampiress, and Elegant Illusionist.
Most of this will be explained in my livejournal b/c it's too much for one thread.
