Yu-Gi-Oh! never see it in the anime

all right this may contain spoilers

has anybody noticed how you never see the milenium scales with an owner in the anime
i am just wonderin?
maybve someone knows whats going on?
post thoughts please

 

I'm pretty sure Shadi owns the scales along with the key.

 

Indeed he does. They dont just specify that on the Anime. On the PS1 game, "Forbidden Memmories" they tell you stuff the Us version hasnt even gotten to yet. Such as what happens when all the millenium items are used. Or who the pharaoh really was.

Correct. But maybe it's different on the Anime, due to the fact that in the PSOne game, Seto Kaiba holds the Millenium Rod. So there is a chance that your theory could be wrong.

 

Um yeah, but technically, Kaiba probably SHOULD'VE been the one to have the Millennium Rod, because Priest Seto (the priest Kaiba was reincarnated from) had it. Personally I think if Malik hadn't gotten the Rod, it might've found some way to Kaiba.

Though you know Shaadi DOES have the Millennium Scales along with his Ankh/Key. It was specified in the MANGA and I believe once in the anime as well.

Manga overides everything.

[EDIT] Actually yes, he did appear with it in the anime. In the Battle City arc when he was visiting Isis on Kaiba's blimp (hehe, I still get a kcik out of that XD he really DOES have everyhting XD) if my memory is correct.

 

In the anime doesn't Shaadi give Yami/Yugi those two millenium items? I know his sister gives hers to them. I need to check my shonen jump because I swear it said Yami had 4 then when meeting Bakura he recieved two more. But in the anime he only had the 4.

 

when i originally asked this question i was talking about the kids WB anime in the U.S.

thanks, I really wanted to know who had the millenium scales... but what exactly do they do, I mean each millenium item has some unique power.
(like the necklace sees into the future or the millenium eye reads peoples thoughts)

 

Let's see. I think I know what special powers each has:

Puzzle: Holds the soul of the pharaoh, also has the ability mind crush
Rod:Can control a person's mind
Necklace:Can see the past and tell the future if nothing is changed
Scales:Weighs a person's heart before they go to the underworld
Eye:Can read people's minds
Ring:Can make Duel Monsters cards real, Holds the souls of theif Bakura and Zork Necrophedious
Key:Can let you enter into someone's mind

FYI, I said what powers EACH has. Most of them can create a shadow game.
I know, I'm too good.

 

i saw that episode a couple weeks ago but i dont remember shaadi giving yami either one, they just talked, i do know for a fact that you will probably see the scale af the very end of the orichalcos season when all seven are united. i wont tell you why but im pretty sure thats the case more or less, but my sourcew might be a little off, lemme double check.

 

I am not sure yet. But in the Manga Shadi gave his to a keeper which holds it for them as Yami gets back his memories. So this part is completely out. Shonen Jump has started with this manga right now.

 

Ok, i doubled check, yeah, i was right. as for the manga, that sounds good.

 

You were thinkiing of Malik who agve Yuugi his rod (as far as I know, Isis and Shaadi are not siblings. They are members of the same clan I believe but not siblings). Then Bakura gave him the Eye.

That Bobasa guy is holding onto Shaadi's items, but righht now, they are Yuugi's. (cause he's keeping them safe for Yuugi)

 

Ok, i saw the episode again, shaadi mentions all 7 millinium are on board, so that pretty much narrows it down to shaadi.

 

So if we read till the end this manga part then Yami should have both items then. Unless something else happens.
