I want to get into a new series, but no luck so far.
What new anime (not yet in the U.S./fansub).
Can anyone tell me a good new series?

Well, before I can really accurately suggest something (new or old) I'd need to know what kind of series you like and what you've seen. I can suggest any number of series, but without knowing a few basic things about your interests the suggestions might not help you much.

I hope people don't take this the worng way and think I'm too picky. :(
My two favorite are Gravitation and Fruits Basket.
I usually like comedy (loves to laugh..hee hee).
I'm looking for something creative and unique. Different then most anime.
(That is way Fruits Basket and Gravitation are my favorite.)
My least favorite anime is Chobits. Sorry, I don't meet to hurt anyone feeling, if they like it. I don't like the idea of people wanting to have sex with computers.
Anyway, I didn't like robots girls, dark & scary, or too wierd.
Not too much talking, and too much fighting either. No sports or games, or too much magic, oh...and no hentai. (I don't like stories that are ALL about sex.) No saga like DB/BZ or Gundam.
To really get into an anime, I have to like the music/songs, characers, the story, the overall feel of the series, the storying telling and the art stlye.

Hope I'm not too picky, and that people can help me find some new anime.

That's just a bit too picky, innit? Essentially, you're asking for the "perfect anime". Oh, and most hentai (the good ones) isn't ALL about sex.

Anyway, as far as "creative comedy", you'll probably find RE: Cutey Honey to be especially unique. Cutey Kisaragi MAY be a Robot Girl, but trust me, you can't much more "creative" into comedy than that.

Yakitate!! JaPan is both creative and unique. Though, the manga is MUCH better than the anime (mostly due to animation and voice quality), it's still a great show. The story isn't TOO deep, since it's about baking bread...but the reactions and the feel of the series is just fun to watch. Fortunately *and* unfortunately, the art style tends to stay close to the manga. Which is actually pretty hard to animate, thus a lower quality to the animation.

There are any numbers of good anime out there, and I do suggest trying new things. Yaki's extremely good, and looking to be a "saga" series.

The Onegai series (Teacher and Twins) is funny too, though more for the boys than the girls. Ecchi, but not out and out hentai.

Anyway, there's a lot of good stuff out there, I suggest trying them all.

I'd say out of all the series that have already been released in America, Onegai Teacher would be a great pick for you, as Izzy mentionned. Usually, Fruits Basket fans really like it, and while it has lots of sexual innuendos and references, it's never ONLY about the sex. I didn't really like it, but you probably will.

For fansubs, if you haven't already, try downloading the fansubs of "Samurai Shamploo", from the creators of Cowboy Bebop. It has great music, some comedy, not about sex, it's definitely creative and unique, and though it's a samurai story, the fighting isn't the focus as much as in most other samurai anime.

    Completely forgot about Samurai Champloo!

I was thinking Samurai 7, that was already licensed, but I guess I switched the named.

Anyway, Champloo is great! Too bad us people gotta wait until after christmas to get more eps...

Try Sensei no Ojikan (Doki Doki School Hours). Kinda like Azumanga Daioh but still somewhat different. Its comedy - no robot girls, in school setting, the teacher is different\pretty original.

    If you like music and likable characters then I suggest Full Moon Wo Sagashite. It's also a comedy show and it's really cute, too. ^^;;
