yea i will give props to Shijin for making a football thread but well NFL is the discussion here. so lets do it talk about your fave team the one that you think will go all the way and might take the Patriots down from a five year winning streak.

I am a Colts fan and i think if they keep up there defense like they did against the Balitimore Ravens then I think we will do pretty dang good in the whole season :D ...Even though the Ravens did rank the worst defense in the NFL last year but meh still gahhh Colts had a complete 0 for the Ravens until the last 30 seconds of the game.

I am a Greenbay fan myself. Brett Farv, very awesome quarterback. The Vikings are next maybe. I grew up with that being the team everyone liked.

I wouldn't mind addiing on that if you are a football fan why not put up your teams win/loss record up as well.

Colts are now 7-0 and are on a biweek. There soonest game is against the Patroits.

Well, I happen to be a Bucs fan. Woot! Yeah I know...we started off so great but as usual..injuries come back to kill us slowly. Cadillac aint at full health and we lost Griese for the whole season. Now we must depend on either Chris Simms or Tim Rattay to take over. :( and we were doing so good!!

Here is an idea let us get into games. Week 10. Let's say as much as we can on who will win what and if possible why.

    Week 10 Sunday
Arizona at Detroit Arizona. Detroit lost to MN.
    Baltimore at Jacksonville Jacksonville.
    Houston at Indianapolis Indianapolis
Kansas City at Buffalo Kansas City because of better team. Buffalo is lacking in defense and offense isn't that great.
Minnesota at N.Y. Giants N.Y. honestly Minnesota has been lacking on everything lately. 3-5 with 1 bye. Maybe I am a little tiffed being they are my borrowed home team.
    New England at Miami Miami
    San Francisco at Chicago [Chicago[/b]
    Denver at Oakland Denver
    N.Y. Jets at Carolina Carolina
Green Bay at Atlanta Green Bay. But it probably be Atlanta.
    St. Louis at Seattle Seattle
Washington at Tampa Bay This one may be hard to decided. Tampa Bay got to go with my homie.
    Cleveland at Pittsburgh Pittsburgh

    Week 10 at Monday
    Dallas at Philadelphia Dallas

    My team Green Bay 1-7
Second team (borrowed home team) Vikings 3-5
Friends teams Buffalo 3-5, and TB 5-3

God Damn right. They're not the power house they used to be, but Brett Farve is still one of the best QBs in the league.

I think NE still has an edge over Miami and will pull a miracle out of thier a**.

Cincinnati has this week off? They're my darkhorse for this season. I made that call while we were still in the gulf as a joke and for some reason it's holding true.

    So, go Bengals... next week.

Seattle has no exuse not to smoke St. Louis.

Wow. NFL. It's actually funny how it eats up 5hour of Swedish TV at the middle of the night...during a weekday when its super bowl. And despite that swedish people have no freaking idea what teams are playing, they still up late and watched it.

    I know I did o_O

Brett Farve is getting WAY too old. I think he's the second oldest quarterback in the league, next to Doug Flute on the San Diego Chargers. To add onto his age, he's not doin' too hot this season. The way I see it, he's retiring after this season is done. He was great in his prime, everyone loved him and the Packers were unstoppable. But now, in his old age, he's doing more harm than good for the Packers, and it's just time to move on.

Age has nothing to do with it. He's got a new team full of fresh new players. They have to learn to connect with the Favre and he the same. Dun be jealous 'cause Brett Favre can still smoke any other QB in the league, even at his "advanced" age.

    w00t Packers!!

Jealous of a quarterback still trying to prove that he's good even though he's way past his prime? Not really no. The quarterback is very important to the team, and looking at the Packer's record this season, Farve isn't in tune with his fresh new players.

I'm pretty sure the Packers' record this year is 2-8. The Bears are rockin' the house at 7-3 baby yeah! :p

and the Colts are owning with 10-0.

Colts are going against the Pittsburg Steelers. I hope this Monday Night game is as good as it was when we faced the Patriots

That's exactly my point. While Favre isn't going to be taking the Packers back to the superbowl he has my respect. Any man who breaks himself, literally, and continues to doggedly play has the mark of one of the best in the league. While most players play for the money, Favre plays because he loves this sport and because he doesn't want to let his team down.

Favre is the man. I'm going to construct a shrine in his honor, yes indeedy. :catgirl:

For the love of... Not the Colts. Their spree will end!! Just you see!!

Hey,Hey, don't be haten off the Colts. You have to respect them for how hard there driving this year. I'm not going to be surprised if they do go undeafeted and then take the superbowl. But I'm not stupid i know its going to be hard as heck for them to go through an undeafeted season, but with how they been playen I think they can do it.

I agree that Farve really has hung in there through thick and thin, and I actually will be upset if Farve doesn't go to the Hall of Fame. It would be an insult to him in so many ways.

Well since no one has said anything in here I will..again

Colts got thier butts tarred and feathered by the Chargers and by the Sea Hawks. True the undeafeted team has been deafeated. Yet there is always next year. that and a strong chance for a superbowl touch with homefield advantage is grand.

The Colts may go to the Super Bowl, but if the Sea Hawks do, you guys are totally goin' down. Two words; Shaun Alexander. :p
