Music will probably be better suited for this, but I figured I'd get better response from here for a question that's been aching my mind for some time.

I'm sure many people are familiar with the "You're The Man Now, Dog" (YTMND) sites... well not too long ago I found one that had, what I thought, was a very addictive song, and unfortunately I have no leads as to what the song is. All I have is the soundclip played in various sites people put together along with a parodied misinterpretation of lyrics (which wound up being "Caress my tie"). I know it's a long shot, but anyone by chance know this song? I'll post a few links that has the song in it (ironically, different versions) playing in it. (I honestly don't think the first is entirely offensive but, eh, if need be I'll remove it).

Hmm... best I can do is suggesting you view the source of that first one, and you can find the location of the background music. Wouldn't help much though since it's not the whole song. If you listen close, maybe googling any sets of lyrics you can recognize? Maybe you can find a lyrics page from that, which always leads to the song title.

Wish I could help ya more. :/

Edit: If you do find it, send it to me, eh? :3

Yeah, I edited my first post. Welcome back. :)

I like that song a lot, it's on a lot of YTMND's. Are you sure it's German?

Well I'm not one hundred percent positive. I assumed it was considering the context it's used in (usually with the whole 'Nazi' thing). But I'm not positive. Like I said, any help from anyone could help.

most of what i heard was german sounding. so, i guess that means it could be any germanic language in general. i know finnish sounds like german. (hurrah for exchange students in high school.)

Too bad I don't have Limewire anymore, or I would be able to listen to it. :( Rhapsody, you have let me down...

By the way, I'm pretty sure it's "Heute ist mein tag," and not "Heut."

The two words have different meanings, y'see. "Heute" is "today," meaning the song is "Today is my day," and "heut" is "skin," which yields "Skin is my day."

While very amusing, I doubt it's correct. :p

PS: Shijin- IM me on YIM ;)
