    I'm off to Japan for two weeks together with Lex_Diamonds, Kuroi and MrNewType!

    Mordeth will take care of this busy forum while I'm away :)

    Yeah. What he said. And by god if youre in an aracde playing a fighting game. Expect a whuppin of serious proportions if the Japanese CvS2EO live players are anything to go by. Bloody two Yokohama schoolgirls, "Oh, Ireland! Awesome!" And they wouldnt stop giggling through the match throwing me off and they ahniliated my Rock:(.     Damn, half the text didnt show up
    We were on a laptop outside a shop that was ADSL enabled, it said it was at 100MBps.
    ‚”‚ˆe keyboards have this Japanese input thing so unless you know what you set it to, it shows up all ****ed up..
    Anyway, this cybercafe is beside the place we're staying at, so might come here again and post pictures or something sometime.

    how to go to japan ?

    hum, i and a friend plan to go during next year... don't know when exactly, but we know we won't tell "tomorrow we go"... so, as you went, perharps could you give us some advise...

    For instance, which plane company to take ? i've seen Aeroflot, offering a round trip for 425... any better offer ?

    Once in da place, what are the "must be seen" ? Obviously, we'll go for tokyo, but it's huge, so any good things to try ? We also wanna see the "country" side, the traditional part.

    Where to eat, to sleep ? we're checkin, seems like there are different possibilities (temples, ryokan, hostels), but perharps some might be better than others ? (i bet ryokan and temples have to be tried, but just to be sure)...

    To travel, there's a pass (Japan Rail Pass ) which seems to be useful... Are there any other things that way we could use to "improve" our trip ?

    So thanks to all the ones who could give interesting informations !
