Celebrations OK, I'm leaving too...

When someone seems to have legit problems with the moderators, the post only gets closed after all the kiddies have made their snide remarks. I appeciate the fact that most the moderators are preteen/young teens, and haven't discovered m@$7urb@t!0n yet, so being rude and feeling the little power they have here is the only way they can get off, but come on, there are administrators who are supposed to know better and be more mature. Why do you leave posts open long enough for all of them to attack, THEN close it?

those remarks are plain WRONG, and the people making them, including the moderators, should have been banned. Shame on EVERYONE who made a flame in that thread.

And the other post earlier of the younger girl leaving... and most of the remarks in her thread, even from the mods, were about if her sister was cute??? Come on, everyone banned immediately if there was any fairness here at all.

Selective inforcement... you know what it leads to? The real anime lovers like me leaving (and I've owned a local store for years and been into anime since the 80's). And you can check my record on here, all my posts are meaningful and on topic and no one has had a bad thing to say about me.

But, you REALLY need to get rid of the child-moderators, and get adults for the job... people who don't feel the need to attack members at every chance. There are few mods, there are a lot more regular members... if they leave, you have a dead website. The site does not exist for the sake of the mods, it exists for the sake of the members... that's the point of having a website. The mods do *not* need to be respected, the members need to be respected. The mod's job is to keep the website running smoothly FOR the members... somewhere along the line, this was forgotten here.

Anyway, I won't be reading the flames that reply to this before the mods close it... good luck to everyone, seemed like some good people on here, and even some of the mods were good people... too bad, overall, the average age wasn't mature enough to act properly.

PS - I think its a bit of an oxymoron, that you would criticize the admins for being rude and immature, while you go about and tear at them based on illogical standpoints drawn from one thread. Go home newb. You won't be missed.

But, if you are leaving I hope you have a great life. Too bad you couldn't have stayed to see how mangatoanime actually is run 99% of the time.

 

So bye there are injustices everywhere you can't avoid them so if they irk you now than leave. Exactly mangatoanime is usallly ran better I guess the holidays have set ease around the boards and a few people decide to take advantage

It might feel like it to you but it really isn't. I don't see why we should be sad because 0.0001% of the population isn't satisfied with how things work around here.

 

It's just a few bad eggs. I'm not complaining about the moderators!

Some of us just felt the need to protect the board. I have a nasty little e-mail already for Zeon Zum Deikun cause he pissed me off.

Your comment about pre-teen mods not being mature or whatever is making my eye brow twitch btw. Maturity is not based on age. And we aren't pre-teens. last time I checked, pre-teen was being 12-13. Yeah, well I'm 14, turning 15 this May, I ain't no pre-teen anymore. And even while I was a pre-teen, I was pretty darn mature. I had to be mature because of a lot of crap going on back then.

So anyways, you haven't been here long and you judge us already, stay around a bit and you may change your mind. I'm NOT mad btw. If I were mad every letter of mine would be in capitals. ~_^
