Hey, does anyone know if you can even still buy Final Fantasy VIII for PC? I've looked all over and can't seem to find one. Excluding the one on Amazon for 119.00...*laugh*

Amazon does have one for PS, but I was wanted it for PC if possible. Are the graphics pretty much the same for both?
I really only want it for the story...I figure for $20.00 it's a good deal.

I couldn't get squaresofts online shop to open...errors.

But if the graphics are the same for both the PC and PS versions I'll probably just get it for PS. You guys know?

I did find a site where you could download the movies, but it was in RealPlayer format...RealPlayer format...enough said.

    I could sell my copy...oh wait, I won't. :p

You could always pick up the PSX copy, and grab a playstation emulator. Pop the playstation disc in your CD-Rom and play it on your PC (you could also enjoy the classic ff9, which hasn't seen PC release, this way as well). ^^

I haven't seen an ff8 pc on any comp store shelves for quite some time...ff7 got re-released by EIDOS not far back, so I've seen that, but as for ff8, I don't think squaresoft distributes the PC version commercially anymore.

Actualy, the PS version is better. Having played through both, I can say that the PC version is quite bugged, and the graphics are not any better. If you have a PS, opt for the PS version. The PC one is out of production also, so it will be very hard to find a copy.
