you have ever written a story ? me yeah .. I love mangas and I hope to become a mangaka oneday ...

i'm actually working on a manga right now. it's called "save the princess!" it's a fairly lighthearted fantasy manga. this princess gets kidnapped, but no one likes her, so no one cares. well, almost no one. this one guy (unnamed so far) is in love with the princess, and he sets out to...well...save the princess...anyway, there's two other characters that go with him, but i just started this, so i'm not real sure how he meets up with 'em yet...

 

I've got some stories going my self. My main one is about some witches with the powers of the seasons. I'm trying to lear how to draw cause frankly thought I can write I suck at drawing big time.

 

i think that in my manga, the three main people will be friends from the beginning...there's the aforementioned guy who's in love with the princess, a quiet girl named keissa (who my friend created) and there'll another guy (who my other friend is supposed to make up)...the infatuated guy decides to save the princess, and he convinces his friends to go along. and they meet other people along the way.

 

cool, your mangas sound interesting. have you posted them at all? if so, i would like to read them. ^^

yeah, i love to write. ^^ fun as ever. lol... i love mangas, too. i'm currently working on one. the plot's developing itself along as i draw. i don't know which type of manga i prefer actually. i read both shojo and shounen... i'm in between. ^^

I have so many that' I'm working on right now! The most recent one is Chronicle X.

Chronicle X is divided into 5 parts-
Chronicle X: Introvert
Chronicle X: Outcast
Chronicle X: Forsaken
Chronicle X: Id
Chronicle X: Obsession

The story revolves around 4 teenagers- they are each main characters but most of the story goes around Xavia Outhart . Xavia use to be a straight A student who was practically loved by everyone. But one day, all of her friends and her boyfriend betrayed her and her heart was coated in ice. She became cruel, her grades dropped severely, and she became anti-social. Two weeks after breaking up with her boyfriend and turning back on her friends, she notices a boy. Cannon Sparce, who already has a girlfriend, suddenly becomes involved in Xavia's life. Xavia then falls desperately in love with him. Xavia then meets a new friend, Pandora Mentrum. Pandora, who's friends have also betrayed her, becomes Xavia's only friend. The last and final character is Lance Karmah. He's a skater who's extremely nosey and tries to find out what's wrong with everyone, and then falls for Pandora.

It's basically about finding yourself when you thought you lost yourself. I'm almost done with the first one and going strong on the second.

 

your story is interesting ... What style of design have you chosen ? , comics style ? , shojo style ? , shonen style ? other ? ....

I'm drawing it in shoujo style. I don't have a scanner at my house so I can't post it anywhere. One day I'll get one. But for now, it's in a binder under my bed. Actually, Lance is a skater. They're all practially their own kind but actually in the same group as well. Xavia is the anti-social goth, Cannon is the punk rocker, Pandora is also the anti-social goth, and Lance is the skaterboy.

 

That's something I would want to read! Seriously, I thought it was funny when you described the family. A kid that thinks he could fly!! OMG, I would die laughing. That poor guy...I feel so sorry for him.

 

you guys have really interesting manga plots. ^^ i think i have mine down, but i have to organize it a little more. i'll let you guys know when i have that straightened out. but i think i shoujo style... dunno. lol. i only know that i draw anime style... hehe.... :sweat:

I have an origanal manga that I'm trying to draw I already got the storyline down but I cant draw for crap.

I love 'The way to your heart' but has it stopped. Anyway I like to draw. I have a few Manga. Well, my style keeps changing so I usually stop drawing that one, and start a new one. I stopped one, but now i'm too lazy to start a new one. My first one was a sort of sequal to Cardcaptor Sakura. That went on about 14 pages. Then a second one. It was Untitled but it was about these three girls to protect 3 different portions of the earth with they're family powers. If a certain area needs saving they sorta start to float and do they're magic. It only happens if the head princess who watches the earth informs them through telepathy. No dancing or anything, just maybe a hand motion. One's sister got summoned to the capitol planet, and now she has to take over. Major self-conciousness going on. I didn't draw in the other two though. Anyway that went on for about 3 1/2 pages.
Lastly my latest one was about me and my three friends, Buttercup and Blossom. That's not their names though, I just don't wanna mention them. Anyway, it's just like trying to beat each other out for the spotlight in the first few pages. Knock-out gas, putting people in boxes, pushing people, mallets. It's a pure waff. Then Buttercup has this major crush on someone and say's he's her boyfriend. Bubbles liked someone who moved away. And Buttercups guy is kinda, a little, gayish acting. His friend keeps hugging him. Real mental retarded stuff. Anyway's that was 3 1/2 pages long also. oop's ranting again, just like my Marmalade boy entry. Sorry. But I also did a few doujinshi. But it was if Inuyasha met up with me instead of Kagome. I mean me with my friends. And then me with Inuyasha and co. Problem is that I can't draw Inuyasha. Kagome was the easiest and she's not in the story. heh. oh well maybe I should stop.:sweat: Just to say, none of the art is good. It's in a bishounen style, sorta. Really sucks. I'm trying to get into that M2A Manga project thing mentioned in art/design, but no one has replied back yet.

 

wow... that's a lot of stuff going on. ^^ i like "the way to your heart" too, but i don't think it's stopped or anything.

by the way, i've started a new manga! yay for me(?) i thought i'd step away from fantasy for a bit and create a story based on normal life, some events from my life and most of the characters are based off of my friends. ^^ (they wrote up their own profiles using a format that i made)

i have also just realize that i draw shojo style... (finally i find out my style!)
