Oro? Iwanbo isn't Iwanbo?

    I was surfing around looking for a weakness to Iwanbo for the Anime Collision rpg when I came across this.

    I don't recall this in the anime, so people who have read the manga could you tell me if this member of the Ten Swords is only a shell controlled by Gein or not?

    As I have come to understand, this is one of the separation points between the manga and anime... The anime obviously veering off once it hit the Enishi storyline...

    In the manga as well, during the Kyoto Arc, Iwanbo seems to be just an idiot, the "meaty evil"...however, in the Enishi Arc, they face him again, this time revealed as a machine built by the aforementioned Gein...

    Kind of strange...but, ah well.

    The anime, since it doesn't follow the story, might not follow this concept - perhaps making him a living, breathing entity...

    actually as far as i know it does follow the manga...atleast that particular part...and yes he is a doll...there are 3 models of Iwanbou.

    hes one of the juppon gatana...hes the "Round Demon Iwanbou". he never uses full sentences...and hes pretty stupid too... well the anime doesnt extend past the Kyoto Arc so technically you never find out that Iwanbou is actually a doll used by the puppet master Gein.
