Character Design
Tasks:
Responsible of creating the physical appearance of the characters which reflect the characters personality.

Manga layout Design
Responsibility:
Deciding on how the overall layout of the manga. eg. Landscape boxes for setting scene, popping characters out of boxes.

Drawing out the actual manga based on the layout given by the Manga Layout Designers. Characters are based on a constant artistic style.
