Video Games phantasy star collection HELP!!!!

ok first off let me say this how the HELL do you play this game i can't win in a fight FS2 and in the first on i can't get past the fist part, where the gaurds are like "YOU CANT PASS", and all these people are like "you need a gatepass"
FS3 is the only one i can actually play, but when i go to sleep nothing happens and my heatlh isn't restored. oh yeah theres a 'P' beside my HP, (its like 9P/30).
if anyone can slove my problem can you PLEASE help me.

In PS 1 there is a cave you have to explore in the town.

PS 2: Yet to play.

PS 3: Dude. You're poisoned. Use a antidote or something.

 

i have done all that now in the PS1 and i went to tis one cave and there was this guy that was stone. i got a passport and went to another planet and now asil keeps dieing. i train till i was like lv.6 and i have good armour and weapons but do'nt know what to do know.... do i get anyone else on my team???
