Video Games Planetside

From what i've heard through magazines, this game is really good. i was planning on buying it, but it was $50, which is more than i could afford. Anyone own it, and is it worth buying?

 

There's also an additional $13 per month charge - you do get a one month free trial with the game though. I purchased the game a month ago and at the moment i'm absolutely loving it. I was a fan of Tribes 2 for ages and Planetside is similar in many ways to T2 but on a far larger scale. I signed up for an additional 3 months however the gameplay is undeniably repetitive (as is with all FPS's) and it becomes harder to justify paying $13 p.m. as time goes by.

I'm not 100% sure about this but folks in the US who've purchased a copy of PS also get a free 7 day trial version to give to friends. Try and nab a copy and try PS for yourself.
