Art Please Help

Ahem, I was wondering if someone could make me a cool logo...its for a guild in a certain game...but anyway...the size should be 24 x 24....yes yes...small...no bigger or it wont load. As for the design, I just want like...a cool looking blue shield with a weird blue "aura" or whatever. I'm not at good graphic art myself, but if someone could help my I would be oh so very thankful. Please help if you can...if no one can..then oh well, thanks anyways! :anime:
