Recipes Pork and Mushroom chili

    12 oz Pork
    1/2 Teaspoon Oil
    3/4 cup mushrooms
    1 16-ounce can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 cup prepared salsa
    1/2 cup corn kernel

    Take pork and cut them into small pieces then add oil into skillet with pork. Cook all the way threw. Pork should be 165 degrees F. Add in mushrooms sauté until desired softness. Stir in kidney beans, salsa and corn. Simmer, covered until hot, about 10 minutes. If desired, serve over pasta and top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
