just wondering if i can post up some of my piccys in here?

well, ive never posted up a pic before, so the first few tries might go a bit wrong lol. ive just scanned a few in, so ill see how they go...

(p.s - most only line art! they arent shaded cause, well, im too lazy!)

 

its simple to attach a picture to your post.

all you have to do is click on post reply,
then on the reply screen youll see the "Your Reply" field.
below that is the "Options field", and then below that again is the "Attach file" field.
its pretty simple, but it depends on how familiar you are with computers.

click on the "Browse" button and it will open a window.
then select your file.
if you're not that familiar with computers then just put your picture on your desktop. that way when you click the browse button you will be able to see the file straight away.

i think you can only attach one file per post though...

 

damn, pics are too big.

any idea how i reduce the size of the file?

 

uh, maybe you could kinda....ahh...shrink the picture (WHAT HELPFUL INFORMATION!)
id like to see the picture ^^ im an artist too. *pumps fist* hooorah.

hmm... i had to pretty much halve the size, so it looks pretty crappy there...

that good. if you want my honest opinion, i just think something looks...odd with the body.
could be cuz i didnt see the whole thing.

i know what you mean if you are talking about the left armpit area. the whole body was kinda rushed as i just wanted to finish it quick

you're oh-so-welcome. im gunna try to get some pictures up and stuff when i....can....and...all....yea. but whatever. ill try. its good. you have a talent with hair and stuff, i mean, its ALL wonderful, but i like the hair. i sometime have trouble there, but you do it very well.
how long does it take you to draw some pictures?

 

Yeah, my "specialities" so to speak are hair and eyes. i tend to spend 3 times as long on those as i do on the rest! lol, well whats anime without big, ridiculous hair!?!

That pic i started on monday and have been adjusting on-and-off for the last few days. the face/hair outline took about an hour. the rest of the time was pretty much spent outlining the body and lightly shading...

 

but the frustrating thing is, ive been drawing since about february, and the best pic ive done imo was drawn about 1 week after i decided to start. its a pic of sephiroth but its always been my target to equal that level.

weird how ive seemingly got worse since then

ill try and see if i can post it up, however, its current file size is 3500k, i can only post 100k here. so not muh chance of that. ill email you the pics ive scanned in if you want me to...

and about the getting worse thing...ive been drawing for about 3 years, well...anime at least, and now that ive stopped for a month or two, ive lost it all. COMPLETELY.
i went through 30 pages in 10 minutes.

yeah im pretty good at doing that too. i waste awful amounts of paper...
