Anime Powerpuff Girls goes...anime?!

    Yup, you heard me!

    At the Tokyo Anime Fair, Cartoon Network, Toei Animation and Aniplex will work together for the new Powerpuff Girls known as "Demashitaa! Powerpuff Girls Z"

    I wonder what the Z stands for... unless it's a mockery of DBZ =P y'know, since the Z looks pretty identical to the one in the DBZ logo..
    And why do they need those weapons? Aren't they all-powerful already? o.0

    Ahhh. I couldn't compare it to the cartoon. Anyway, I compliment their outfit. =p I thought it would be somewhat like those they wear in the cartoons. I'm glad for some changes. Like Bubbles' twirls. Really adorable. I wonder. Perhaps I'll see it when it comes out.

    It looks preety well drawn. And I have to say the companies working on this arent the worst.
    I have my vote of confindence for this new anime.

    Cool. It looks pretty good. What make me think are the 'weapons', other than that is fine.

    Although I still prefer Bleedman's anime version.

    Looks interesting, and i have to say that it does look well drawn. I might have a look at it, even though i don't watch the originals.

    We now have a Japanese cartoon emulating a North American cartoon emulating Japanese cartoons.

    Maybe a few anime-style jokes or something. The drawings look good, but the story doesn't sound all promising. And those big toys, like the big hammer may be their new "weapons" now too.....

    well i bet it will be different
    i may watch an ep but i never really understood the original
    if they are the perfect little girls how come they make mistakes?
    if they were perfect they wouldn't make mistakes

    oh I don't know.. looks like an another sailormoon (mixed with DBZ :p) anime :/
    girly like..

    I like the drawings in the manga, aka doujinshi more.

    I think it looks good... don't care to much for some of the extra stuff, and the story line as much, but the characters look cute.
