Anime Princess Nine

Anyone seen it or heard about it?? ^^

It's about these girls and a baseball (not softball!) team in an all girl's private school. Angel of Light bought me the first disc and now I'm hooked. (I'd said I wanted to see it and she went and bought it for me! Little sneak!! ^.~)

Just wondering. I have the theme song stuck in my head. ^^ It's a shoujo series, though not magical, methinks...

I haven't seen Battle Athletes. However, the thought of a girl's baseball team just seems cool.

What did you think of the music? I loved the OP and ED themes, and the BGM was great. I especially loved the violin music that place when Ryo is watching Izumi play tennis. ^^

Well, I haven't watched the whole series, but it's so cool! Does anyone know if it is showing currently, and when? I would like to watch the rest of it.

 

The first time I saw an ad for it, I was like, "Uh..Eww..a baseball series?" And I thought it would be sooooooooo stupid, because it just sounded like a weak plot. But, now I really wanna see it @.@ I saw previews of it and it looks soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good!!!

 

That's what Angel of Light said, and she ended up giving it to me AND watching it with me. Her fave characters are Seira and Koharu, while mine are Izumi and Keiko Himuro. (Yeah, leave it to me to ALWAYS like one of the secondaries…:sweat2: )

 

*mumbles things* I shouldn't let myself read the info on the next discs for this thing… !!! >.< :anger2: Now I wanna see more!!!! I don't consider it a spoiler, since I kinda suspected it, but stiiiill!!!

I've seen the first three discs of the series, and I have to say that I'm definitely an addict devotee. Ryo's really cool, but I'm a diehard Izumi fan now, too. (And Yuki, too, she's kinda superhuman sometimes). She's just got that drive and attitude I love. I agree that the music is wonderful; the electricity of some of the scenes, like the aforementioned tennis scene, just wouldn't be the same. The show gets even better after they've gotten the whole team together, but watch out on disc 3 - you may want to wait until disc 4 is out so you won't have to wait too long .

 

w00t! cool name!!.... well, I already forgot most of the characters, as I have only seen very little of it.

 

It's intense..? o.o;; How so..? I haven't seen it, but it doesn't seem intense..

 

It just keeps you wanting more, and the next episode previews are no help, either. Especially when you know you don't have the next ep!! ^^;
