    Okay this is probably a stupid question, which is it, OAV or OVA?! I have heard both commonly used, and now I have to know which one is right... ._. ::stupid::

    Neither is more correct than the other.

    Both stand for Original Anime Video / Original Video Anime...

    Basically, you can stick with whichever you prefer...

    BakaMattSu, prefers OVA himself...

    Agreed on OVA, but I always thought OAV was for Only Available on Video hehe oh well.

    Have heard both plenty of times, and I think I prefer OAV. Prolly only 'cause I head that first, but I like the sound of it better.

    I find OAV easier to say then OVA ^^ I always thought it was OAV anyway :D!!!

    I dissagree !! I find that OVA is much much easier to say .. ! :anime:
    While I agree with MO (MamiyaOtaru) that OAV is for Only Available on Vedio :p

    while i dont use either much i would have to say that ova is easier to say while oav is easier to type ^.^

    I always thought it was known as OAV.
    Guess you learn a lot of useless info browsing this site, not that its a bad thing.
