I can bet the title will probably genrate some interest in this.

Question: How do you promote safe sex?
Answer: 1. Get people to go around and give out free condoms . Course the only problem with this is that it can cause an absalute riot of people tring to get their hands on more then their fare share of the things. lol. My friend managed to grab 12 of the things in one go, although she can be a bit greedy.
