Question about avatars

    First off, id like to apologise in the case of this being
    (a) a stupid question
    (b) posted elsewhere
    (c) against forum rules... or something.

    But i was wondering if it was possible to get your own avatar enabled on m2a? im on about 7 forums, and on all but this one, i have the same avatar!

    here is said avatar. It resizes to 64 x 111 pixels, which is a bit too long, but it hasnt been a problem elsewhere.

    Can somebody help me out? or at least point me in the right direction?

    We will not enable user custom avatars because we require certain standards to be met that can't be checked through the user panel.

    I normally fill custom avatar requests of anime/manga related content at 64x64 dimensions - no negotiations. But I closed the topic due to constant rules abuse. It will be up again. Sometime.

    Oh, and this post belongs in Misc, not Annc.

    My net access is a bit sporadic at the moment, so I'm trying to keep extras like custom requests at a minimum for now. I'm undergoing a move to another city within the month, and when I'm re-established, I'll put requests back up. But I'm still groaning at the number of requests that were completely against the Av specs last time....

    Well... I sayed this and I'll say it again.

    It was closed because people (including me and i recongnize that) had blatantly disobayed the rules.

    In time we should find one we want, stick with it, and make sure it fits all of the guidelines, I have found like a lot that I love and they all fit the guidlines, so, I'm gunna paitently wait for BMS to open it back up again.

    So, I actually think what he did was a semi-good thing... (sry... but i just loved CA's):D

    Umm.. I suggest you read around before asking technical questions like that because you can probably find a lot of threads asking that. Meh... here's one of the many... about two days ago this was posted...

    You can't upload your own.
    Besides, this belongs in misc, but seeing as there's already threads there of this nature, it'll probably just be closed. Try to read the boards for answers to your questions before you ask them, it saves time and trouble.
