I tried that before... and it doesn't work, surprisingly... but the link to the pictures is not set up as a jpeg or anything, I'm going to play around and tell you, but I think it's some kind of bandwidth precaution.

edit : okay, so the link for the attachment is http://www.mangatoanime.com/manga/vbulletin/attachment.php?s=&postid=46149 and you can have links to it but it wouln't work for images, because for that code to pick it up the filename has to have jpeg, gif, and other picture types in it...

That guy! is saying that in order to link a picture, the picture has to be saves with an extension for an image. Like...if you look at the filename on your computer or on a non-forum/vBulletin site and it's something like image.jpg or image.bmp or some other. But, if you attach it using the attach file at the bottom of reply forms...then it gets saved in the form of an id number.

If you look at the address bar, it's going to say something like....
http://www.mangatoanime.com/manga/vbulletin/newreply.php?s=&action=newreply&threadid=xxxx where xxxx is any combination of numbers. Since this isn't actually a jpg...it, for some reason cannot be shown.

Izzy's probably wrong, but he doesn't care...since he's pretty comp illiterate too.
