    Good link. Yeah, the pink cheeks kind of made me wonder. For anyone who does wonder, just watch a few more eps, maybe one more, I forget. I'm pretty sure Faye finds out in 10 that she is indeed a she

    Yes it is ether ep 10 or the one just after Ed Joins the Cool Crew that Fay finds out at the very end that She is a She...

    its in the first episode Ed is in. Spike new immediately, and Faye found out at the end of that episode. I believe it was episode nine err 10.. whatever it was when she appeared. I'll watch it tomorrow.

    I dont think Spike ever new Ed was a girl until Faye found out..

    But i thought it was funny how all the ppl told spike and jet that ed was an Alien, or a 10 foot Basketball player and stuff!

    Ed was intended to be a boy, but they changed their minds. If you remember the episode where Spike goes to meet a lady at a little shop. Where two boys attempted to steal some sleezy magazines. The little boy with the red cheeks was what Ed would have looked like!

    I'm glad they changed their minds! *happy dance* Ed's so cool!

    I remember seeing in a website that another concept for Ed-otoko is the guy who fixes Spike's ship's apprentice. I don't know if *that* is accurate information of not...but they were pretty accurate about everything else.

    Ed's the coolest, so funny, hehe. I knew Ed was a she as well, her cheeks are just too red to be a boy's.

    i found that information about eds origanal design at this site
    i also have to say i love ed!! see my other bebop post:D i hope you all like that site! its one of my favorites.

    Few days back .. I saw the eps where ED appeared for the 1st time .. (Was it eps 8? or 9?) anyway .. she was ok .. I mean .. she who makes the series funny .. :)

    Every time I remember that eps where she flew their ship I like her more :D:D:D !!

    She is so great in her way working with the electronic stuff and all that :D !
