Lol, that's the wrong idea Zakosoldier... It's the first and last letters of the word which needs to be the same and the letters in between are free to be jumbled.

That's pretty nuts! It's true too, that our minds see whole words rather than each letter one by one. I wish I could read that same way with Korean writing (which about half the time I still do need to read letter by letter).

 

Actually, for me, because I am an incredible stippler on grammar and the like, I had extreme difficulty reading that. I got the jist of it, but it was hard. How can it be easy for everyone? :dizzy2:

 

This same chunk of text is posted all over the dorms at my college. Go figure.

I've read it before, and never found it that hard. Baphijmm, you probably had trouble because, like you said, you're a stickler, and the fact that the spelling's all screwed up probably bothers you. It takes some getting used to.

actually, like Baphijmm, I had trouble reading it. I had to read each word twice before I could understand what you were saying, but im also pretty good at grammer and such...I think

I can even speed-read it and still understand! It's not so hard.

Well, I guess maybe children would have a hard time reading the scrambled text cuz they're just not used to reading as much as adults do. Adults and teens are already used to certain lengths of words and popular first-letters to many common words.

 

That's why everyone always notices my horrible teh typing diorder.
