Manga Rave Master

Some time ago, I bought a manga entitled "Rave Master". It's an amusing tale of a boy and his weird dog thingy as they try to save the world from evil.
Has anyone else read this manga?

 

No, but I've watched the first anime episode. Someone already started a thread about this a while ago, but anyway, what I hate about Rave Master is the name. The original full name was Groove Adventure Rave, and both names are so misleading. Lots of people are probably upset too, cuz the words "groove" and "rave" makes them think it's about techno raves or dancing, but it's not! I got even more enraged when the cover of the second manga even shows the characters as dj's at a club setting!

Anyway, from what I've seen in the anime, the character designs are pretty nice and lively. I hate the lil dog thing, Plue--it's so simple and ugly. The main guy deserves a cooler companion than that.

I always thought that Plu looked kind of like a snowman ... not really a good sidekick.

 

I have read it. Plu is like my favorite character. Id have him as a side kick a ny day ^^

 

i think the anime is okay. and i also think the title is misleading. i watched it cause i thought there would be raving but. i was wrong. plue is boring.

i like it when he says Punn.

i feeel this is one of thoose manga/anime that you can't miss an episode/volum
