Casseroles Made Easy. Yes they can be.

Heat oven to 350 Degrees F. Remember all meat must be cooked in skillet before hand. I recommend using oil with every meat besides anything ground. All noodles, potatoes, and rice need to be made before hand. Follow those instructions.

    Column A- Meat
    1 lb. ground Beef
    1 ½ lb. Shrimp
    1 lb. chicken (cut up)
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 lb. turkey (cut up)
1 ½ lb. beef (cut up)

    Column B- Starch
    12 oz. Noodles (All)
    4 cups white (any kind)
    1 lb. Tator tots
4 Med. Potatoes (cut up, and cooked.)

    Column C- Vegetables
1 can Corn drained (12 oz.)
1 can Green Beans drained (12 oz.)
1 can Peas drained (12 oz.)

Take one from each Column A, B, and C. You can even take 2 from column C. Depending on your taste add in either spaghetti sauce, cream of whatever soup (mushroom, chicken, celery or etc,), 1 can of Broth (like chicken and etc), or 2 or 3 cups of gravy (any kind). I also like to add in tomatoes but for that you need to use your own judgment. Cook ingredients at 350 degrees F for 30-45 minutes but for tator tots since they are frozen 45 min. to 1 hour. If desired sprinkle with cheese on top for the remaining minutes. You could also add in 1 cup of chopped celery, ¼ cup of green onions, 1 cup onions (red, or yellow) and whatever other vegetable you think is good.

All you have to use is your judgment. Casseroles are the easiest food to make. I have personally tried a lot of varieties of these casseroles.
