Okay, I'm going home this weekend, so I might not be able to post for a couple days. Try not to miss me too much ... not like you would ... I'm just making sure. Anyway, have a great weekend, everyone. I may be around tomorrow, but I might not. Of course, the way my schedule goes, I'll probably be back before then, but I figure I might as well post this now.

That's a bit melodramatic, but I've just realized how bad I'm doing in school right now, so it's a little important that I focus more on that than on anything else. I am sorry to say it, but at least until I am done my midterms, I'm not going to be able to spend any time here.
There's a story with this. I just got totally destroyed by the most ***-demolishingly evil calculus exam I have ever seen. I have begun to not only question my purpose in the economics program (which I have been struggling with since September), but at university at all. I have no clue what I'm doing at this school, other than throwing 12k out the window to study something pretty well pointless. Until I get this sorted out, I'm going to have some serious thinking to do.
I apologize to the players of the Tournament of Power RPG, as the game was just picking up and I'm leaving after a whopping one post in the game. Anyway, I'm sure you'll all get along just fine without me.
Anyway, I finish my midterms on the night of November 1. Somewhere around that time, I will likely return and state my intentions to return, if any. I hope to return, but that depends on how the next couple of weeks go.

I am here one last time to bid a sad farewell to the community.
I just got back my first midterm, and received a whopping 38% on a class in which I need a 70 something to proceed to second year.
Basically, I'm totally ****ed.
On top of that, my personality problems are manifesting themselves in some very unpleasant ways, and should I desire something other than the ultimate destruction of everyone and everything I care about, I need to focus on preventing that.
My time is, as always, very limited, and I have made a conscious decision that what little I have must be spent exclusively on school and trying to save myself.
Sorry for the whining and the melodrama again, but I have to go. I hope you can forgive me for abandoning you all.

As an adult, I think you made the right choice b/c education is the way to your carrer which is the way to your job etc etc, so goopen your mind and stuff

Okay, I'm going to seem like a total moron for saying this just one day after leaving, but I've remembered the wisdom of the middle path. See, I've found that there's a lot of time in between study sessions and classes where I'm just sitting in here wasting time. It also came to my attention that I need people to keep me sane, and hanging around business and economics students is certainly NOT going to help.
So, as much as I hate to say it, because I think it makes me look like a bit of a hypocrite and somewhat of a sellout, I'm back. I just probably won't be posting 9-12 messages a day like I used to. Most likely, I'll be online when it's late and I can't get any work done anyway. Or at times like now, when it's a Thursday and I just can't seem to focus.
Anyway, I'm back. I hope you can still trust me after all that.
