    And also gave modern religion witches a demonic forces in our everyday home. Some where out there millions of misguided Christians are snug in the belief that Mr Gygax is burning in hell for his dark sorcery.

    Personally I think it's a load of crock. I never played D & D, but it's still too bad to see an innovator such as him lost. It takes a certain amount of genius to build up what he did.

    Gotta say, never was a huge D&D player but still. I really enjoyed that game on a number of occasions. He brought a lot of great times to a lot of people, many of whom were kinda left out of society in general.

    Hope he remembers us now that he's leveled up.

    Yea, my mother brought me the article of him in the paper. I didn't know him, but his game provided my brothers and I with a lot of fun, a large collection of old books, a box of weirdly shaped die, and a lot of cool lead figures.

    I never played D&D. But I have watched the movies based from it.

    Much respect for the man that made people happy.
