RPG Requests RPG Request: Monster Ressurection

The world is in turmoil. A group of magic casters have chosen a way to find someone to rule the world. They could chose to do whatever they want to do with the world. So they set up this tornament but the catch is that they must create a monster to use during the tornament. There are 50 locations all over the world so what they must do is use magi-clay to design the monster and send it into one of these locations that can only be used only once every 10000 years. but that means nothing since not a soul knows of them execpt the council that is holding this tournament.

Everyone will play as a caster who will make monsters and than they also control the monster.

World is the name of the planet not earth a map will be added it adopted

A monster creation system will be used so that all monsters are equal
