Food SaberJ is going to cookah school

yes my friends i'm going to cooking school starting today! mwaha

so I'll be getting a chef book, some bad ass knives... my mother is going to buy a new stove and probably will buy a grill eventually...

I think I'll yell and moan when we get to baking... I hope that I'll get it right >.>

gaahh... I could camouflage ciel to do them for me and mail them asap via fedex... >.>

When it comes to baking, once you have followed the recipe once or twice, you get confident enough to have fun adding and/or taking away some of the ingredients. It will be fun! I wish I could join you!!!

 

it was a blast today...
there 3 people out of a 11 person class room that eventually I think are going to flop out... and 2 females... the rest are guys

which amazed me...

I'm gonna cook-fu my way... watch out for oriental/caribbean fusions and yummy meats
