Fruits Basket Saddest/Touching Moment.

What do you think was the most touching moment? Did you cry?

Anime-wise (haven't finished manga yet ) I think the saddest was Momiji's little confession to Tohru. I cried. o_0

My eyes teared up A LOT during this series.

I think another sad moment was when Kazumo was talking to his grandpa, and he said:

Grandpa: Come here, Kazumo, I'll give you some candy.
Kazumo: No! I'll be CURSED!
Grandpa: *smiles*

I was like... awwwww. And when Kyo was smiling as a kid, that clawed at my heart. That was SO touching!

Manga-wise, I LOVED the part when Yuki and Kyo came running home to Tohru for New Years.

 

The end of the anime version made me cry.
(and still does when I think about it.)
Tohru loves the Sohmas and thinks of them
as her family. So I'm glad she didn't get scaried off by Kyo's
second form, and still lived with them.

 

kyo:dont look at me!

mine was the ending.im crying right now.but, what hurt the most, was when kyo yelled, "dont look at me!" then it echoed.but it really killed me!the first time i heard that,i clenched my hands to my heart and shut my eyes.i still do that!it just kills me when he yells that.so,when ever i wach it,(bought it)it make me sad! :sad:

 

Definitely Momiji's story. To be forgotten by your own mother that didn't even want you, has to be heart-wrenching. I know it was when I listened to it.

Kisa's story got me too, just as much as Hatori's. Those three had me tearing up like there was no tomorrow.

the saddest moments were when momiji was telling tohru about his mom. WAHHH! it was sooo sad. i didnt cry though, just really really depressed.

another would be hatori's story about kana. the poor guy! and i love hatori too, so it made me fell worse. damn akito for making hatori suffer!!!!!! :anger2: :anger2:
