Art Salutations - and whatnot ;)

I'm new to the forum, so I'd this basically would be me introducing myself. Hello.
-But honestly at the moment I'm looking for more of a critique on a sketch and it's (though badly done) coloring. So, I'm more or less curious of what you think of the sketch...

 

And then if the colors do it any justice..

A blunt and morbid introduction, that's for sure. To get the dark clouds of dreariness out of the way, I would like to say hello! Nice talent right there, yet I take more of a liking to the penciled than the painted version of your work. Have fun on the M2A forums!

 

Yeah, I guess it is a lil morbid. :dizzy2: I just don't see that anymore, since I seen it so much. Here's something not so much.. bloody. ^_^

 

Nice! I guess a little Neko can fix anything nowadays, even needless bloodshed !

 

Is the guy committing suicide, or did someone else stick it in him? I like the colored version, with the gradient sky. I also like the lighting effect of red highlights.

 

It's suicide.. - it was after a long battle, and in the process his wings got cut off.. so he's going to start over.

the first one has nice sketching tone ..a little

the second brings out the scene itself but they both are quite...depressing

the third one is a bit nicer...how come she looks so angry?

 

In the concept stages she was grabbing some guys shirt for making a comment about her chest. You know, about to punch his lights out. ^^ But as my attention span shortened, I wandered off before actually finishing the scene.

Yup.. The 2nd one is kinda disturbing, Very well made none the less. I liked the 3rd one too
