Movies Scientific Movie-ish Question

Hey guys! ^_^ I have a question about a disease. I don't know the scientific term, or the real name for it. It's a skin disorder in which you can't go into the sun, mainly because your epidermis can't take the UV rays of natural sunlight, or something like that.

The reason I post this here, is that I know there was a movie out recently in which there were kids who had the disease. If anyone's knows the scientific/informal name, or maybe the title of the movie, I'd really really appreciate it. ^.~

Thanks for the quick reply. xD It's not albinism, but I believe it's some severe form of it. My friend's albino, and she's out in the sun alot, she just consumes, like a liter of sun block an hour. XD

In what I'm looking for, they look normal, the pigmentation. They're just pale from lack of sunlight.

I think that the disease's name is Sactis Cacchione syndrom.

 

there are a few diseases which have this as a symptom - the correct term for the symptom would probably be along the lines of photophobia or dermal-photophobia that doesnt sound right does it?

my grandma kinda has something like that... i think the movie's, the others? don't know the name of the disease though.

 

the movie is "the others" I have only seen a little of it though(of my friends comp)
I just wanted to mension that mickle jackson also had this disease that was one of the main reason he made that operation to make his skin white (you know instead of having white spots all over him).
