LOL. I Have arrived! Mwahaha! Anyhoo, sorry it isn't computer coloured, but my hand is twitching really bad. It's like *bvvvvvvvv* not that that explains it well. So yeah, C & C Wanted!

I think it looks okay. I don't know much about semi-animal characters, but it seems like a decent attempt. The clear parts of the clothing are a cool touch. Maybe the hands should have claws too. If it's a female though, eyelashes would've been good to add on, as well as accessories that would match the red clothing (rather than a chain and a holster). As for the eyes, they look too friendly. Maybe if you gave it beastly eyes (make slim, vertical pupils) then there's potential for carnal rage.
