Art share some photography art!

I haven't seen anyone post any photography art yet, so I'm starting this photography thread. Let's see what kind of art pics people have taken! Also, tell us what kind of camera you used, and tell a lil something about your art.

Here's a pic of Pipeline Beach, on the north shore of Oahu (in Hawaii). I think I captured a "cold" mood in the pic, which is quite a contrast to the subject matter (romantic walk on the beach). Someone asked me how come the sky isn't orange (like in a sunset), and I replied that it wasn't sunset yet in this pic. Do you see the couple? :anime: I used a one-time-use camera for this pic.

Here's my cat!

Well, he's passed away a few years ago, and this is one of the few good pics I have of him. He's playing with a tennis ball. Originally shot in B&W with a classroom camera (from high school), which was I think was a really plain SLR camera (K-1000, Pentax I think). I colorized it on the computer for a warm tone.

Anyone else took photo class in high school or college?

 

Here's a fun picture I took on the 3rd. It was a dark and stormy night, and I thought it looked absolutely beautiful.

 

Hey this is a nice topic I love taking pictures not as much as drawing but anyway this is a small hobby of mine, A hobby I know nothing about, I dont even pay atention to what camera a use I have only one camer and its a canon c50 something , I dont care as long as it works ^^ well okay enogh talök here is the picture Its my absolut best I took It in a small country side nIn italy a copel a months ago, It was sunset and the sky was so dam beautiful I couldn't resist taking pictures ^^ hope you guy's will like it Sunset Italy

 

What a great idea, sphinxy! I'm saving everyone's photos, they're all so beautiful. Here are some of mine, the first is Blue Marsh Lake (nearby.) Blue Marsh is a bit barren and ugly this time of year.
The others are all taken in Arizona by me- one was taken in the magnificent Sonora Desert Museum. I love it there. The other was just a desert shot (arizona_1.) One is the Grand Canyon, which isn't what its hyped up to be. Oh, and the other pic is of my sweeties Pasta (cat) and Madison (dog)
Er, I had to make the quality very low to upload... it really makes them look fuzzy.

 

What wonderful shots of sceneries!!! My favourite are the Beach, and Sunset Italy! Amazing, amazing shots! And the CAT!! XD.... I love the cat... so cute! Please post more photos!!

Dam nice pictures Zanza I loved them all, Switzerland huh my uncle lives there I love that country the best freach air you can find in that country, and the mountains are just beautiful O_O

That's an awesome sky, Mangaka! The clouds look like they came right out of Renaissance painting! (Hmmm, maybe the sky is magically that nice there in Italy...)

Hey Yasuko, I like your third photo... those cool blue mountains in the far distance really get to me. (And I like the lonely cactus in the front.)

Spiggy, I have that sunset photo too on my computer (it's one of the free wallpapers!). It is pretty nice, especially with red/purple sky which is unusual.

Zanza! You shoot so many photos! I wish I had a digital camera too so I could just go off like you. (Film is $4-6 for a roll, $4-6 to process, and scanning em lowers the quality! :sad: ) I liked the first 5 pics there, plus the castle pic with its reflection in the water.

 

Zanza, what beautiful pictures... I might try and paint one sometime.

Anyways. Here's two more, one is of a horse and buggy. Amish people hate their picture taken, and if you look closely the little boy in the front looks pretty mad!!
The second is the one of my cat and dog I forgot to post...

Saber!! Those are so gorgey! I'm guessing they're in Puerto Rico? I really like the third one, that one is so magical looking. But don't you just hate it when little kids run into the picture?!?!
