Manga and Anime Awards Should we keep Fan Service?

There wasn't to many nominations for it. Just like it says should we keep it?

 

Fan Service or Fanservice (either or is fine) is pretty much something that has nothing to do with story (it could even be a picture) for our amusement.

For example like when Wastase Yuu had the characters in Absolute Boyfriend say I didn't know this was a scifi manga when it is actually shoujo.

Well, for me, I don't really mind having it. To me, its just something that we could just look at for kicks, laughs and just wanting to look at good pictures. I'll say yes because you can find some really good pictures out there that have nothing to do with what the story is about. For me, I look up pictures for my RPG characters for fun sometimes. If I like the picture, I'll save it to my computer and just but it on imageshack or something. I also sometimes make sigs and avatars from the pictures Oh wait, I do that all the time
