Shirow Masamune Works Solid State Society

A new OVA/Movie of GITS. Motoko leaves Section 9 feeling that it was too controlling, so Togusa took control as the new Major. Don't know why Batou wasn't picked. It won't be subbed by anyone cept US licensing teams. I heard that the movie has a lot of dialogue so it'd be pointless to watch it without subs.

So for those who have seen it, how is it? For those who haven't seen it, whats your expectations?
