    (TRUE STORY)
This morning, a woman went on daytime TV.
She was a mother of a soldier who was in the gulf, waiting for orders to go to Iraq.
She went on TV, and said something like,
"I'm worried about my little boy [He's twenty] I don't think the soldiers will feed him enough. I want him to get enough to eat while he's fighting."
I mean, we have more important things to worry about... whatever.
Anyhoo, she got the leader of her sons platoon to go on TV, and make a statement to the whole of Britian, that this boy, and the other soldiers were being fed enough.
    I mean... WHAT?
The poor guy must be being made fun of even as we speak...
After all, his mum wanted to make sure he ate enough... God...

    Woah, that sucks.

    The guys like 20, jeeze!

    I can see it now:

Sgt. Bill: Hey Frank, get enough chow or should I call your mom?
    Sgt. Frank: Dam You!
Sgt. Bill: Hey! Do you kiss your mommy with that mouth!

    20 minute fisticuffs ensues.

At least I know that if I went off, my mom wouldn't be worrying about that.

Some times parents need to step out of their childs lives, my parents aren't like that at all, so I'm thankful for that. I'm thinking of all the soldiers out in iraq. if we do go to war their mommies will freak.

You like someone when you value what they can do for you, you love someone as a result of when you do things for them.

I don't think it's too bad a thing, you never know what might happen to a soldier heading into battle, so you might as well get all the maternal attention (wanted or not wanted) as you can get in such a situation.

If I were that guy I'd kill myself. That would be horribly degrating.
