    Well, I got called over to a friend's house to help fix his computer. I'd been told to bring the Firefox installer on a disk, because Internet Explorer wasn't working. I figured a virus was the case so I brought over a copy of AdAware, Spybot S&D, and Kaspersky Anti-Virus installers as well. (I'd never used Kaspersky before, but I hate AVG with a passion)

    Anyway, Ad Aware and Spybot S&D finished first, scanning all 700 gigs and finding about 800 spywares between them.

    This wasn't the crowning glory though. After a total of 13 hours of scanning 9 hard drives, Kaspersky detected and neutralized a total of 13,496 viruses.

    I'm dead serious.

    I think I'm going to install it and run it on my computer now ^^;;

    I just rebooted my computer with Windows XP Pro.

    I somehow erased the entire hard drive, twice in one week. Crazy...

    Since I just did it, I doubt I'd be doing it again for a while....

    Oh, and WORK ON THE PODCAST!!:p

    So,wait, this guy has 700 gigs over 9 HDDs and he's never used any spyware/adware software before? I'm surprised his system still booted up.

    you'd think having spent all that money on hard-drives, your friend would have spent some time and money on protecting his/her system...
