Creative Writing some of my poems

they arent the best but i try:
I lie awake
Thinking of you
I hurt inside
I’m torn in two
Thoughts of you
Fill my mind
Should I stay
Or leave you behind?
What we have
Is beautiful
Or at least
What we had
I don’t know
If it’s still there
The question
Drives me mad
I wish I knew
So I could say
Which path
I want to take
But now I don’t
Or ever will
Till then
I’ll lie Awake.

 

torn

Torn apart at the seams
I thought I’d let you know
I’m split between staying here
Or simply letting go
I love you with my mind
But my heart, it feels the sorrow
I don’t know why I am this way
I’ll think of it tomorrow
But then I have to think again
Of all the things gone wrong
With you, with me, is there an ‘us’?
The pain’s been here, so long
I really should just leave you here
Pack up and move away
But I love you and I can’t do that
Unless I want to pay
Pay with tears and tiny shards
Of my broken heart
Of hopes and dreams, all long gone
Again, I’m torn apart

 

calling

The moon is calling;
A sad song he sings
To bring back his falling star
To give his sweetheart wings.
But the darkness soon will swallow her
Leaving the moon alone
So he will sing that mournful hymn
Until she comes back home.

 

the garden

I sit here in a garden
Full of dying greens
I see flowers here that cannot bloom
Birds with broken wings
I think of how it used to be
So many years ago
‘Twas peaceful here, as I recall
Full of room to grow
But then it all just fell apart
The peace just died away
Alas, this place has turned to dust
And so it stays this day

 

lost

I wonder where I’m going
‘cause I’m already halfway there
The stairs crumble before me
The answer’s here, but where?
I don’t know how this all will end
What questions will reveal
I can only hope that you’ll be there
To relieve, support, and heal
And if at once the winds should change
And you vanish away
The saddest soul I shall remain
Forever yours, I’ll stay

 

the world is not a pleasant place to be

the world is not a pleasant place
to be without
someone to hold and be held by
a river would stop
its flow if only a stream were there
to receive it
an ocean would never laugh
if clouds weren’t there
to kiss her tears
the world is not

pain

Never have I loved someone
Who’s caused me so much pain
Who makes me cry, hurt myself
Then run right back again
I feel so foolish for my thoughts
So dumb for loving you
But if I stop and leave you, see
I feel guilty , I feel blue
I want to go back to the time
When you did not exist
For once I’d feel I was at peace
But you, I can’t resist
Cause then I wouldn’t know you’re there
At times thinking of me
I feel so used and so alone
Your untrue love wont set me free

 

the trigger

I give up I’m through I’m done I’m staring down at a loaded gun being here just takes too much I’ll leave my life just as such I won’t take time to say goodbye I’m not sure if you’d even cry so see ya later but I don’t know how oh well I don’t care I’m pulling the trigger now.

 

Those are pretty good, but there is a double posting rule. I don't want to sound like a mod or seem like I am forcing you, but it would probably be best if You put those in one post.

I liked the first one the most probably. Good job, and keep up the good work.

your depressing..

 

tis of heart break and sorrow, the kind when you feel that some one you really cared about has betrayed you or abandoned you. Tales of wishes for happier days... They rarely come back (and even if they seem to they never really are the same). It hurts when some one leaves you like that, specially if you have built up a trust that took so long to grow and then they kill it.

 

I swear you and me are soul sisters.
