I hope you can tell by the first post that this thread is to be filled with spoilers. And no, I don't feel like putting in many lines of 'Spoiler Buffer' space.

'Monkey Business' - not a drug, but a bio-engineered virus. It's purpose is to act on and alter the expression of the 2% of DNA that differentiates humans from chimpanzees. This results in the mutation of the victim into an ape. I really hated the woman who came up with this. She was a murdering scoundrel who got what she deserved.

'Red Eye' - when sprayed into the eye, acts on the nervous system to speed up the subject's response time. This makes the subject extremely dangerous and effective in close-range combat. The user is even fast enough to dodge bullets. The sign of it's use is that it turns the eye extemely bloodshot while in effect.

That's all I know from your questions, as I've only seen the first five episodes.

Oh, yeah, I forgot about this question:

Ein is a special 'data dog', engineered for a high degree of intelligence. I think it's said on the bounty hunter show that he's more intelligent than some humans. In a future episode, Jet shows him how to do a certain search for information on a bounty. It would seem that Ein is somewhat good at hacking on computers, IMO.

Megumi H does all manner of stuff, ranging from the extremes of Lina Inverse in Slayers (who can't shut up and destroys cities as a pastime) to Rei in Evangelion (who never speaks and... oh well, she does occasionally destroy cities, but she doesn't enjoy it like Lina does!).
