Unfortunately, I do not have a copy of this album, or a copy of a large
    scan.
I am working off the scans of the booklet downloaded from our yahoo files
    section.
Maybe someone else can oblige ?

BTW, the small diagrams all appear to be hand drawn.
Does anyopne know if these were drawn by Tomita, or someone else ?
I was thinking of re-doing those diagrams so that they print more cleanly,
but if it was Tomita's own hand, then I'd rather leave them be.

    Regards,
    Lance

Please leave them as they are. The way you have laid out this first
page is absolutely perfect. Changing the diagrams would destroy the
look of the final product; as it is now it matches up perfectly to
    the Japanese printed version.

I'm sure some of us are well aware, but lets not set up a situation
where someone can manufacture so called "collectors editions" or
"rarities CDs" to exploit unknowing fans and the composer. Not that I'm
    accusing anyone.

Actually a good question came up today.

Is there any evidence that Tomita really prominantly used his Moog gear
on any other soundtracks other than "Catastrophe 1999"? I'm fairly
confident at least there are no other released soundtracks as albums,
but there is plenty of evidence has done far more soundtracks than
    released albums.

It was me who did the original scans. If you're interested I can scan in the
pictures as jpg-files as well next week. They're all black and white, though.

I have "Kimba, the white lion" on LP (Japanese Columbia). Isn't that by Tomita,
too? It's purely orchestral, though. By the way, this edition has a booklet that
makes Sound Creature look pale. Just wonderful - lots of drawings and even
excerpts from the sheet music. But probably most information is on the plot and
    who's interested in that?

Would that be catalog number 7015, the Symphonic Poem?
The music was all composed by Tomita. The recording was conducted by
    Hiroshi Ishimaru.

    Me. (Well, you asked. http://www.kimbawlion.com)

I suspect the smaller print in the book is all about the music, but I
don't know. All I have in English is a partial translation of the
    track titles.

That's right. I just wondered why this soundtrack is listed under "Unreleased"
    on www.isaotomita.net.

I have nothing in English. This is really the most "japanese" record in my
collection. Even "Tomita" is not written out in latin letters.
