Transformers Soundwave and Devastator: who is better?

Who is better, Soundwave+tapes or Constructicons/Devastator?

    So, who indeed is the better of the two?

    My pick is Soundwave. You gotta love this guy. The greatest voice in all TF history, incredibly loyal, and doesnt complain when all his friends turn into planes and guns and he becomes a boombox.

    The Constructicons are cool enough, but as Devastator, they have about as much IQ as Slag when Grimlock ain't around. And you KNOW how stupid Slag can get.

    Soundwave rocks. Mostly because everybody's afraid of him, although he's only a sound amplifier...and has a basic blaster. The awesome Ice King voice. And he's an army unto himself!!! Laserbeak and Rumble just rock. Rumble can take that literally.

    hmmm....

    A very good question, well I like both of them. Soundwave has good minicons in his chest and Devastator is made by the constructicons. Soooo, if I had the choice I'd pick Soundwave

    It's not that I dislike soundwave, but the constructicons get some of the best lines, like

    "Right right right, mega-mega-megatron!" -Mixmaster

    "Look for the place where this can do the most... the most..."
    "...Damage?"
    "Just the word I was looking for hook!"
    -Scrapper and Hook

    and Scavenger's just really cool so, yeah, go constructicons!

    Also they were the only decent combining toy, all the rest were too formulaic.

    HE ONLY WAS A WALKING ARMY OF ROBOTS.
    NOT TO MENTION MEGATRONS RIGHT-HAND OFFICER.
