RPG Archives Spliced!!!

Okay, now please remeber that I have not resigned from RPG-ing, I havesimply resigned from the RPG's I am cureently in because I can't keep up with them and most of them have died anyway.

Anyhoo...

This RPG is set Waaaaay in the future, where gene-splicing has been perfected. And a scientific research company called SS genetics (Shooting star Genetics) run by a mysterious leader bent on total domination of Tokyo, (which has become so technologically advanced that it has become classified as it's own country)
Has began to capture orphans from institutes, and splicing their genes by either mixing them with those of animals or by simply mutating them to give them inhuman powers. They then brainwash their captives and give them a computerised eye implant that controls their minds, and force them to destroy enemies of Shooting Star. However, another, rival scientific company had named themelves "The Preventers" and they train young women and men to capture "S-children" (spliced children) and bring them to The Preventers, so that they may remove the eye implant and use the children's powers to their advantage in the ongoing battle against Shooting Stars Genetics!

Appearace; Wears an outfit similar to Riku in FFX, with long, wavy, chestnut hair and liquid navy eyes.

Weapons; A gun w/ various attatchments in an emergency
Powers; Her genes were mutated to allow her to generate sometimes massive beams of heat to attack and light to blind enimies. She is also super-fast. Like all S-children, she cannot process pain, but is extra-sentisive to hot and cold, two side affects of her mutation. SHe is controlled by an implant in her eye for now.
Info; Lost her parents in an earthquake. Her past is a mystery, as all her memories and her personality were removed during the
mutation.

Miko walked thru the dusty streets, focusing straight ahead, she caught site of her target. "<TARGET.IN.RANGE>" she said flatly.
"All right 411IT0," said the voice in her eye, which she knew she must obey, "Now kill'm"
However, her target - a man in a buisness suite, with a wife and three kids, but just another target to her - Noticed her eye, which was buzzing with dials and tiny clockwork due to the implant which controlled her. "Y- You're a splice-" he began to shout, but was cut short by the blast of pure heat that went straight through his head and into the arm of the man behind him. He was killed instantly.
"<Mission.Complete>" she said. And was gone before the dead man hit the ground......

A few minutes later, Miko sat crouched in an alley, waiting for orders, when a clang of a dustbin lid caused her to jump...

Apperance/Outfit: Brown spiked hair, Blue Eyes, Muscley. Wears normal clothes most of the time, prefering them over the outfits the Preventers give them to wear. His Outfit- Black pants and a grey long sleeved shirt. Very good looking.
Nationality: American
Weapon: Silver Handgun with tranqs. inside to help with the capturing of the S-Children.
Powers: Teleorbing/kinisis. Healing. Restoring life. Premonitions.
Info: A spliced gone good- Jax was captured at the age of 14, even after having his eye plant removed- his mutant powers remained. After a few years, his sense of pain has returned to him. Not wanting anyone to go through what he went through- Jax devoted himself to the capturing of the Spliced Children, and to being a Preventer.

IC: "Freeze!" Jax yelled feircly, pointing his gun at the splice. He walked caustiously towards her, his gun aim not wavering. "I saw what you did to that man out there... Through the head... Very creative" He drew closer to the teen and she just stared at him- her eye with the plant glinting and sparking with a red light. "I'm not here to hurt you.... Just to take you, back home...."

powers:Lion,mole,and bat type abilities.Also is super fast and can shoot lightning out of his hands.
info:Lost his parents in a car crash at the age of 5.Put in a foster home but ran away the first night and snuck onto a plane to Tokyo.He met the leader and let them splice him.He has all memories from past.But shows no emotion to them.He switched from the clothes the leader gave him,to the clothes he wears now even though there extremely old and messed up.It makes him look like an helpless orphen.

Sion snuck up behind Jax and pointed one of his guns a his head."Any who interfere with or missions will be shot and killed without exception."Sion then looked over at Miko."Go back to the leader and tell him that both of our missions were succesful i'll stay here and make sure he doesn't follow."Sion then whispered into Jax's ear."I will let you live considering our missions are already complete."Sion then stepped in front of Jax and surrounded his body with lightining."Just to make sure you don't follow us.It will subside after a few minutes so be patient."

 

"Damn!" Jax shouted aloud as he watched the spliced walk away. "I was so stupid to think that she was the only one! Where one spliced is- there's always another..." He looked desperatly around him outside the electricity sphere for a way to escape. He noticed a garbage can's lid sitting on the ground. He swung his arm in a guesture the backs of the spliced's head's. But nothing happened. "Even my powers are contained in here!"

 

"<thankyou.Sion>" said Miko. "<obstacle.Removed>"
And she turned away. She then hopped onto a waiting hovercraft and made back to base...

Age;16

Appearance/outfit; loose shirt that is black, and pants the same color. Both of them are rather torn up. Worn tennishoes.... Her long hair is black with white bangs. She's pale and thin; (5'7") .

Nationality;Japanese

Weapon; Duo gun strapped to her upper leg,but hidden by her shirt. Also, a Walther PPK strapped to her waist and a short sword strapped to her back.

Powers; Healing, great Speed and agillity, and can control water by thinking about it.

Info;Is pretty much a loner. Was caught and made a S-child when she was 5, after her family burned in a house family. At the age 15 the eye implant was removed and she became a Preventor. She tends to roam the streets at night mostly, Sitting in the shadows waiting during the day.


Ic: Moako walked over towards Jax. ".....Waiting is the only thing you can do..."

 

"I know Maoko!" Jax snapped to the black haired girl. "I've been a preventor longer then you remeber?" He hung his head in a deppressed manner. "I'm sorry I snapped... I'm just so- so angry! I can't believe I thought she would be such an easy take!"

As he said his words, the force field dimmed little by little until it was gone completly.

"Let's get going..." Jax said, brushing past Maoko. A small place in his heart ached from the way he had treated her.

 

"It's okay. This just means more than one of us should go next time....." Maoko followed slightly behind Jax.

 

"Still I'm sorry..." He said back, he climed in a hovercraft followed by Maoko and sped away.

 

"Jax... We need to think of a better way to come about the S-Children... " She didn't look at him, just spoke. Her mind was on the S-children. Maoko sighed and went silent for a while.

 

"I know we do...." Jax said. Laying back and closing his eyes as the car went to automatic pilot. "But the Spliced have been getting stronger. And smarter. And you're right- we do need a new way..."

 

"We need to try to think of their next move.... before they attack... maybe then we can catch them..." She looked over at him. "If they get any stronger they may overpower us... Their intellegence levels are great and they seem to be plotting together. Sticking together, but not making it obvious..."

 

Sion looked back at Miko."Next time don't go alone,I don't need you falling into the hand of those preventers.From now on I will come with you on your missions.Will make a great destructive team."Sion then looked back outside.<Don't want to lose another friend.>

 

Miko looked back at Sion. It was a strange feeling; Friend? That word... she felt very strange at the sound of it. Not knowing pain or pleasure, she had no reaction to the feeling of security that that word gave her. She simply smiled her flat, expressionless smile. "<Sion... You're... A useful ally....>" She would've said, "Good" rather than "Useful" but good meant nothing to her. She decided to shut down her systems to regain energy, and went to sleep.

 

Sion looked up to the sky.<we'll be arriving at the base soon and then I can talk to the leader about taking this bionicle eye out.he knows well enough that I will never betray him after everything he has done for me.The right eye will go and I will replace it with a red eye the same color as my left eye.I will then be free to do as I please.Considering I am only half S-child.I can function without losing energy and having to sleep to regain energy like Miko.As for that preventor I will not hesitate to kill him anymore.>Sion then looked down at his feet."He interests me though.I can't wait until I get a chance to go head to head against him."

 

Maoko closed her eyes, rather stressed and tried to relax. "......" She groaned and mumbled something, folding her arms.

 

"forget this I am out of here.Go back to headquarters later."Said Sion in a impatient voice.He then opened up a hatch and jumped out of the hovercraft and landed on a nearby roof."Now I will get rid of this bionicle eye."He pulled out a grenade that was glowing."With this the bionicle eye will malfunction and I can just say I had to rip it out for just that reason."He tossed the grenade and stepped back as it made a slight explosion that made his left eye malfunction.He put his hand up to his and with little power ripped his left eye out.He watched as blood flowed from it."can't let people see this."He used is lightning to seal the wound and then put on a pair of shades."Time to have a little fun."He started to jump from roof to roof and watched the people below him and then looked up and saw another hovercraft with the guy from earlier in it."Time to see what he is cabable of."Sion pulled out his ninja sword and pointed it at the hovercraft.He fired a lightning bolt out of the sword and hit the hovercraft right at the base and watched as it crashed."Thier fine.Now time to greet them."He jumped to the ground and dashed towards the hovercraft.

IC: "Wtf?!" Jax said loudly- sitting upright in his seat. Maoko jolted upright beside him.

Jax looked around through the windows and spotted on the top of a building- The S-child from before. "Maoko... get ready..." Jax warned. And with that, he stepped out of the hovercraft.

 

Miko was nearby, she clicked a nitro-glisorene (sp?) capsule into her handgun and jumped so light and fast that she seemed to be almost flying. In a minute, she was next to Sion. She glanced sideways at him, and knew that he was no longer under mind control. However, she herself was under mind control, and classified Sion as a human. She turned and held her gun at his face, "<Remove.Obstacle.>" she stated, and pulled the trigger.
Sion, who still had his mutant reflexes, dodged the deadly capsule, which exploded into the building behind them, sending a ripple of pressure across Miko's hair and peppering her face with debris. But she didn't notice. She placed another capsule that was sloshing with a fizzy yellow liquid into her handgun and blasted it at point blank range.

 

Sion tried to dodge the second bullet but was a little to slow to take action and his left arm was grazed by the bullet and luckily it didn't explode."Miko what are you doing."said Sion in an angry voice.He then remembered that without the eye all the S-Childs would think he is a human.Sion looked over to Jax and Maoko until we meet again.Try not to die,I still want to fight you.Sion then faced Miko."Try to catch me."Sion started to sprint away.<I'll draw her back to the base and the leader will stop her.Can't fight her.Only problem is trying to get passed all the S-children at the base."This really bites!"
