Anime Stand Alone Complex

Has anyone seen the new Ghost in the Shell tv series? the first 3 episodes can be downloaded to view. I think the theme song 'Inner Universe' kicks rocks! the animation is good, but it looks as if everyone is telepathic. I know they have some high-tech communication gizmoes, and most have cyborg implants, but one guy doesnt and he still communicates without moving his lips.. of course it makes the whole show move for swiftly and the animators don't need to animate moving lips as much...

 

Yeah, I had made a thread about this earlier, and I believe it was Sweet c0ke that said the fandub is cut short since it's slated for release here. I only saw the first two episodes, and I loved it already. My only gripe is that the tachikoma were cylindrical and BLUE instead of spherical and maroon-ish. I liked how they kept them pre-sentient though...especially with that small side-scene with Batou and the natural oil.

I can't wait to see the rest of 'em!
