Video Games Star Ocean:The Second Story

One of the best (if not THE best)PS1 RPGs out.An excellent game that had it all.A great story,great music,great characters,the battle system was insanely fun,and there was a lot of different things you can do in the game.The only bad things were the english voice overs(they are horrible),another bad thing was that the final few boss battles are NEAR IMPOSSIBLE!(Took me longer to beat the final boss of this game than it did to defeat the Emerald Weapon in FFVII!)

Still a great game.Thoughts?

 

yeah that game is the best in the world hahaha. ummm anyway yeah the final boss is hard but after you come back from the cave of trials you can easily win. i don't know about the emrald weapon thing but the game is really great and has loads of things. i need to train i'm v.260 hmmm but already mastered the game so whatever....

 

Ive never went through the cave of trials yet.I guess when I play next time I should.

Actually I didnt have as much trouble with the final boss as I did with the two guys you have to fight a little bit before the last boss,I had to reload the game at least 30 times before I beat them.

As for the levels,I didnt know they could go that high I thought the maximum was 150 not 250.

 

actually i'm still lv.ing up i think it can goto like lv.999 but i'm not sure. :dizzy2: time to find out.... star training or someting. its easy for me because i only take the 4 people that i want, Claude, Rena, Ashton, and presis. thats my team. but presis kinda sucks, oh well, if the team can beat the asiele queen then your good to go. of cours having claude and ashton do 9999dmg with mirror slice and sword dance is freakin' awsome.
but you need the livatin sword. and the second one you get from killing the asiela queen. :dizzy2: plus 1500000 exp and 300000 fol it kicks to take her out.

 

This was a good game, but it just felt unfinished, y'know? "Claude has gained two." Two what?! Tell me! TELLL MEEE! and some of the translations are off...they dont quite make sense...but all in all i enjoyed it muchly.

when i lv. up it says "x has increased x lv.(s)"
may be its your game????
