Well... What were the last words of the Emperor, Obi-Wan, Darth Vader, and Yoda before they died?

 

This is a tough one, let's see now. I think asking for exact words is a bit too much, but i remember what they were talking about:

Sidious- *yelling* Ahhhhh!! Well, if you want words, i'm sure that it was "And now young Skywalker, you will die*

Yoda- Something about a second Skywalker. I remember he was about to tell him about Leia, after he told him "Sick I have become"

Obi-Wan Kenobi- If you strike me down i shall become more powerful than you can possibly imagine...

I'm gonna need a confirmation on this one though, cause i don't feel like checking on the movies to be sure...

Are we talking simple on-screen deaths only, or estimated deaths including off-screen casualties?
