...Sometimes I Wonder Why I Didnt Get a PS2

 

oooh ghost got (and still gets) me steamed.

Starcraft was a PC game with a PC gamer following. Everyone was pretty stoked to see what the new starcraft universe game from Blizzard would be, and then they all find out it is console only. Blizzard has said they will not make a PC version. They are making a ps2, gamecube and xbox version. The differences between those three are so much larger than the difference between a PC and an Xbox it isn't even funny. If they are already making it for 3 different architectures, I just don't see why they don't make the relatively small effort to port from xbox to PC as well.

True, ports suck (Red Faction 2 anyone? Already uninstalled here). It's still a slap in the face to what had been their core market and I'm quite happy avoiding it. Maybe future titles from them too (we'll see how good they are hehe)

 

But You Gotta Give Blizzard a Chance I mean, I am really looking forward to "StarCraft Ghost"....Imagine, A Protoss Zealot in "3D" or a Hydralisk

Note: It's Blizzard's first try to make a major project only focusing on Console games

 

I imagine it will be a decent game all right. Thus my ire that they are snubbing the PC gaming population, where they made their name.

I wouldn't mind giving it a chance, however I do not own, and never will own a console.

 

I must say that it aint the best looking graphic that can be made today but I still think its really cool and Im so gonna get it...the prob is if I should get it to PC or GC

 

Blech. I can't believe Blizzard is making a console game... blasphemy
