WHO HAS PLAYED IT??

FAVORITE RACE TO COMMAND???

I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THE FEDERATION (LOST A LOT OF SHIPS IN THOSE BATTLES TOO).

 

HASN'T ANYONE HERE EVER PLAY SFB. I KNOW IT WAS VERY POPULAR IN THE EIGHTIES AND EARLY NINETIES, BUT COME FOLKS--SHOW SO SUPPORT.

 

I will make it easier----who has heard of Star Fleet Battles, the RPG.

If so, let talk about it ......

 

I guess I'm dating myself with bringing SFB to the gaming table.

So, out of all the RPG folks in this group--No one has played it. I find that very hard to believe.
Unless I am bothering people here, I don't see any harm in a weekly reminder for this post.

It really is a very cool RPG. It can be played for hours at a time.

Many different ways to take the game.

I think he's referring to a pen and paper RPG, not a computer game.

 

Yes, this is the old school version with the giant paper star chart and either the cardboard pieces or small pewter mini's.

My friends and I have had hours of intense games with this RPG.

 

Who would be interested in starting up a RPG in this forum. We could pick one of the main races and see how it turns out.
